Conditions of Use
By participating or enrolling in the Zaram Karabah Combat Systems (ZKCS) you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
I agree to participate as a student and NOT teach any of the ZKCS lessons. I agree NOT to copy/forward, sell for purchase or hand out any ZKCS video lessons, PDF Materials, lesson links or passwords, nor loan or give these lessons to anyone for any reason without the prior written consent of the ZKCS Owner and Founder GM, Rash Tuhon (David Earl McJimson), nor can I upload the video links to ANY social media websites such as Ustream/YouTube/Vimeo/Facebook/Amazon, Twitter etc. or any other streaming venue, live or recorded. I understand that failure to cooperate will lead to my expulsion from present and or future classes and possible legal actions. I also understand that it is also strictly forbidden to share emails or materials with other Students or view these lessons in a class or group setting.
I agree NOT to advertise events or my personal or professional business in the chat. I understand for my protection NOT to share my personal info with others or in the chat and to do so will be at my own risk.
1. ZKCS Copyright Protected
I understand that per my agreement to enroll in the ZKCS that this is a ONE PERSON enrollment and All the ZKCS materials and videos are Copyright Protected and for my EXCLUSIVE USE ONLY.
The ZKCS material and videos including without limitation the text, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“ZKCS Content”), are owned by ZKCS in perpetuity, and are subject
to copyright, trademark, and/or patent protection in the United States and foreign countries, and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws.
ZKCS Content is provided for the enrolled student’s personal, non-commercial use only. Students enrolled in the Sanay Fundamentals I–III, Yakan Fundamentals Intermediate, or Bihasa Fundamentals Advanced annual subscription may download and retain the training videos made available through their purchased plan, as described in Section 4. This permission does not transfer ownership of the content. All other downloading, copying, reproduction, distribution, transmission, broadcasting, public display, sale, licensing, or other use requires prior written consent from ZKCS.
I agree that I am NOT allowed to post or upload any of these lessons to my personal Vimeo Account or any other platform I may use – and I understand this to be a direct violation of the ZKCS service.
Except for the personal-use permissions expressly granted in these Terms of Use, no other rights or licenses are granted. ZKCS reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the ZKCS Content and these Terms of Use do not transfer ownership of any of these rights.
This agreement also allows us to notify you via email of future ZKCS and ZKCS Calendars and event updates. I understand that I can opt out of these emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of these emails and the ZKCS will cease from
sending communications.
2. Notification of Violation
Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the IMMEDIATE ban from the ZKCS and all future ZKCS events and possible legal actions may follow.
3. Amendments
We reserve the exclusive right to change our policy at any time and to expect adherence to the changed policy. Areas not specifically covered by this policy shall be determined by the Presiding GM Rash Tuhon David Earl McJimson.
4. Video Recordings, Online Enrollment, and Use Restrictions
Training lessons are available for online viewing during active monthly or annual enrollment. Students enrolled in the Sanay Fundamentals I–III, Yakan Fundamentals Intermediate, or Bihasa Fundamentals Advanced annual subscription may download the training videos made available to them through their plan and retain those copies for personal study after the twelve (12) month subscription ends. These videos remain for the enrolled student’s exclusive use and may not be shared, distributed, uploaded, sold, or used for group viewing.
Per your Enrollment Agreement: THESE LESSONS (OR RECORDINGS) CANNOT BE SHARED OR REPRODUCED WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON - THIS IS ONE PERSON ENROLLMENT. All the materials, emails, and videos are copyright protected and for your EXCLUSIVE USE ONLY and CANNOT be shared or viewed with anyone other than yourself or copied, forwarded or uploaded to ANY social media sites or sent to anyone for any reason! Also, NO Group streaming is allowed from one's home or alternate setting, and advertising is prohibited. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in immediate access restriction, and/or cancellation of subscription, and no refund.
Information: The Zaram Karabah Combat Systems and its teachers or coaches/guides are not doctors, medical professionals, investors, or lawyers. Each of the statements made by its teachers, GM/Rash Tuhon David Earl McJimson and the Coaches/Guides and or their guests and/or these videos are opinions of training only and not instructions or advice.
NO information in the ZKCS should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition or give legal or investment advice.
