Welcome to Zaram Karabah Combat Systems (ZKCS)! By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, purchasing material, or participating in our training programs, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Content
All promotion and training videos, materials, and resources provided by ZKCS are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Per your Enrollment Agreement: THESE LESSONS (OR RECORDINGS) CANNOT BE SHARED OR REPRODUCED WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON - THIS IS ONE PERSON ENROLLMENT. All the materials, emails, and videos are copyright protected and for your EXCLUSIVE USE ONLY and CANNOT be shared or viewed with anyone other than yourself or copied, forwarded or uploaded to ANY social media sites or sent to anyone for any reason! Also, NO Group streaming is allowed from one's home or alternate setting, and advertising is prohibited. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in immediate access restriction, and/or cancellation of subscription, and no refund.
ZKCS reserves the right to update or modify content at any time without prior notice.
2. Training Format and Instruction Options
ZKCS provides pre-recorded, on-demand training videos for the Fundamental and Intermediate levels, which are designed to be self-paced. These levels do not include live classes, but the programs does include online check-ins.
For advanced and higher levels, ZKCS offers in-person training classes.
Additionally, one-on-one (1:1) training and coaching are offered to students at any level by separate payment arrangement.
3. Physical Activity Disclaimer
By participating in any training provided by ZKCS, you acknowledge that:

Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury.

You are voluntarily engaging in these activities and assume all responsibility for any risk or injury that may result.

You are in good physical condition and have consulted with a healthcare provider before beginning this or any fitness program.

You will train in a safe and suitable environment, free from hazards and distractions.
ZKCS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our training programs.
4. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive, release, and discharge ZKCS, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from injury, death, property loss, or damages related to your use of the training materials.
Participation in any training material on this website constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of our complete Terms of Use and Waiver of Liability. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your training choices and outcomes.
5. Rank & Certification
ZKCS offers a structured curriculum that includes an optional belt progression system. Advancement in rank may be granted upon successful completion of required evaluations, which may include submitted video testing and/or online or in-person assessments. All evaluations are reviewed according to ZKCS internal standards and criteria. Certain rank levels require mandatory in-person testing.
6. Account Access & Payment

Account Creation: Access to certain ZKCS training materials, courses, and services will require the creation of a user account. Users agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

Payment Authorization: By purchasing a membership, course, or other service, you authorize ZKCS to charge the applicable fees to the payment method provided.

Subscription Renewals: If a membership or subscription plan is selected, billing will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Active Membership Requirement: Access to certain training materials, features, and rank progression opportunities are limited to members with an active and current payment status.

Pricing Changes: ZKCS reserves the right to modify pricing, membership options, and payment terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: Fees paid for memberships, courses, testing, or other services are non-refundable.

Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not provide a refund for payments already processed.

Payment Disputes: Users agree to contact ZKCS directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution.

Account Suspension or Termination: ZKCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access for violations of these terms, misuse of services, or failure to maintain current payment status.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected is used solely to manage your account, deliver content, and improve your experience. We will not sell or share your data.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, branding, curriculum, designs, videos, training materials, written content, and other materials provided through ZKCS are the intellectual property of David McJimson and ZKCS and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, republished, or otherwise used for any purpose without prior written permission from David McJimson or ZKCS.
9. In-Person School Training Policy
Purpose: This policy governs requests for participation in the school’s (Zaram Karabah Combat Systems) in-person training programs. The in-person training program is a limited-participation martial arts training program. Participation is not offered through open enrollment.
Participation Request Process: Individuals interested in participating in in-person training must first complete the program's referral and application process. Participation is considered only after review of submitted information and completion of any required screening procedures. The referral and application process is an administrative process used to manage participation requests and available training opportunities. Additional information may be requested as part of the review process.
Enrollment and Acceptance: Submission of an inquiry, referral, or application does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, participation, or future training opportunities. Completion of the referral or application process does not create a right to participate in any program.
Training Opportunity Limitations: Opportunities for in-person participation may be limited due to factors associated with the training facility, scheduling, instructor availability, training requirements, and other operational, administrative, or program-related considerations. Available training opportunities, if any, are determined based on current program conditions and may change without notice. Training opportunities may be restricted, delayed, unavailable, or otherwise limited regardless of an individual's interest, referral status, or completion of the application process. Nothing in this policy, on this website, or in communications regarding the program should be interpreted as a guarantee that training opportunities currently exist or will become available in the future.
Future Opportunities: Individuals who are unable to participate at a particular time may be contacted in the future if training opportunities become available. However, no representation or guarantee is made regarding future participation opportunities.
Alternative Training Options: ZKCS online training programs may be available for individuals seeking training opportunities outside of the in-person program. Online programs are separate from the in-person participation process and are subject to their own requirements and terms.
10. Training Enrollment & Financial Commitment
All ZKCS online and in-person training programs are subject to a six (6) month commitment period and recurring tuition payments. Tuition obligations remain in effect for the full commitment term. Students wishing to discontinue training must provide written notice of cancellation during the fifth month of their current commitment period. Additional details regarding tuition, payment responsibilities, and cancellation requirements are outlined in the Tuition Financial Agreement.
11. Amendments
ZKCS reserves the right to modify these Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers at any time. Continued use of the site and training platform indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
